Valentine’s Day is around the corner. With the growing amount of options suitable for vegans out there, here’s a quick list of possibilities if you plan to surprise a loved one. All are Irish based.

Sanctuary Love:

Cornucopia, Dublin, will have a Valentine’s night on the 14th, a Single’s night on the 16th and Valentine’s Week Special from the 10th to 16th. So even if you’re in a relationship, looking to get into one or just want a great meal, they have something for everyone.

Blazing Salads, Dublin: On Valentine’s Day Blazing Salads will offer a heart shaped chocolate seed bar with cranberry and orange, plus a heart shaped Oat, maple and hazelnut cookies dipped in chocolate and orange. There will be a vegan hot food special for anyone who wants to treat the vegan in their life to a delicious lunch or take home for dinner.


Baths and Crafts: Kick back with some Heart Shaped Bath Melts and an assortment of handmade soaps and beauty products. Order online or in store (also visit their facebook page).

Lush: Lush’s full Valentine’s Day range is suitable for vegans. The “Tender is the night” massage bar is recommended as perfect for couples on Valentine ‘s Day. The Grafton Street, Dublin branch will have a neon party on Feb 14th to go with our neon themed products and also their “signoflove” campaign which is in support of gay athletes at the winter games in Russia.


We also spoke to and Pure Tea Cork.’s large range of goodies are all vegan and available online. They are sure to have something for a loved one.

Do your own Research:

By looking around you’ll find a lot more gifts suitable for vegans. Health food stores will usually offer products which are seasonal, in this case chocolates. When you do find them let us know about them.
